This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and oversee timelines, sprint strategies, and creative delivery schedules utilizing Asana.
• Conduct sprint planning sessions while monitoring priorities, capacity, and deadlines.
• Set project expectations with stakeholders and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify interdependencies and clarify project requirements.
• Monitor projects from initiation through production to final delivery, ensuring deadlines are met and workflows are adjusted as necessary.
• Anticipate potential issues early and facilitate discussions regarding scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Establish organized frameworks for reviews and approvals.
• Coordinate agencies and contractors with internal teams.
• Manage relationships with agencies through briefings, project updates, and creative reviews.
• Oversee multiple content libraries and ensure content is up-to-date.
• Act as a brand steward and assist employees in understanding and adhering to brand guidelines.
• Lead the planning and implementation of impactful marketing initiatives across Brand, Design, Content, and cross-functional marketing teams.
• Over 7 years of proven experience in project management, ideally in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Strong skills in cross-functional communication, coordination, and relationship management.
• Demonstrated ability to align stakeholders from diverse teams and functions.
• Proficient in creative operations and managing projects from initial concept to final delivery.
• Exceptional skills in Asana, including the execution of sprint plans.
• Experience in aligning agencies and contractors with internal stakeholders.
• Capacity to identify risks early and facilitate negotiations to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
• Decisive and adaptable to shifting priorities.
