Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee internal resources and collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure the seamless execution of projects.

• Guarantee that all projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and within budget.

• Formulate project scopes and objectives, engaging all pertinent stakeholders and confirming technical feasibility.

• Ensure the availability and allocation of resources.

• Create a comprehensive project plan to monitor progress.

• Employ suitable verification techniques to manage alterations in project scope, schedule, and costs.

• Assess project performance using relevant systems, tools, and techniques.

• Report and escalate issues to management as necessary.

• Cultivate relationships with clients and all stakeholders.

• Conduct risk management to mitigate project risks.

• Generate and maintain thorough project documentation.

• Hold accountability for the success of the project.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

• Over 8 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a comparable role.

• Strong proficiency in project management software tools, methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.

• Knowledge of Agile project methodologies.

• Comprehension of business objectives and the ability to establish a project that can be executed within the designated timeframe and budget.

• Provide regular project updates to various stakeholders regarding strategy, adjustments, and progress.

• Awareness of the capabilities and limitations of contemporary technologies.

• Proactive mindset, able to resolve issues independently.

• Capacity to manage priorities and risks effectively.

• Excellent command of the English language.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
