Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the planning, execution, and successful completion of medical laboratory construction projects.

• Direct multiple simultaneous laboratory implementations.

• Collaborate with internal departments, clients, laboratory directors, vendors, instrument manufacturers, and other project stakeholders.

• Supervise regulatory milestones, construction processes, IT integrations, validations, and go-live preparations.

• Ensure projects advance successfully from initial concept through to implementation.

• Work Monday through Friday, with occasional hours outside of standard business times or on weekends based on client availability and project requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in business, management, finance, or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred (or equivalent experience).

• At least 5 years of professional project management experience is necessary.

• Experience in the healthcare industry is strongly preferred.

• Certification in Lean Six Sigma, Quality Management System (QMS), and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) is mandatory.

• Willingness to work outside of standard business hours or on weekends as needed based on client availability and project requirements.

• Capability to coordinate effectively with internal departments, clients, laboratory directors, vendors, instrument manufacturers, and other project stakeholders.
