Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Advocate for and maintain Ledcor’s safety-first culture

• Guide the planning and execution of extensive telecommunications projects

• Oversee risk management, permitting, and client communications throughout the project lifecycle

• Drive the identification and pursuit of new telecom project opportunities

• Supervise project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation

• Direct the implementation of the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure adherence to telecom construction standards

• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams

• Manage contract execution and change order processes

• Assist in establishing and managing project systems

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in telecom or utility construction project management

• Degree in Construction Management, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field (bachelor’s degree preferred; diploma or technical training accepted)

• Strong knowledge of telecom construction techniques, permitting processes, and industry standards (e.g., NESC, NEC, local codes)

• Proven ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders

• Experience in contract negotiation, cost control, and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar) is advantageous
