Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Strategically plan and execute projects by outlining scope, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, priorities, risks, mitigation strategies, and resource allocation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional technical, account, and partner teams.

• Foster collaboration, mentor team members, and facilitate governance and regular meetings.

• Monitor milestones, adjust plans, ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), manage budgets and performance metrics, and resolve any issues that arise.

• Act as the primary delivery contact for both customers and internal stakeholders.

• Simplify complex project information into clear updates and provide guidance for decision-making.

• Cultivate customer relationships through proactive engagement and responsiveness.

• Integrate with customer teams as necessary and represent Kyndryl with professionalism and integrity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in SCRUM or Project Management methodologies.

• Fundamental IT knowledge (Architectural).

• Strong organizational and planning abilities.

• Team-oriented mindset with a "one team" philosophy.

• Preferred experience with MS Project or other Project Management software.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are preferred.

• Confidence in interacting with stakeholders at all levels is preferred.
