Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery of multiple concurrent client projects, taking ownership of scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder engagement.

• Direct the most challenging and high-profile initiatives within the portfolio.

• Function as a consultative partner to clients by proactively identifying issues, advising on decisions, and safeguarding outcomes.

• Establish and uphold delivery standards, processes, tools, and documentation.

• Mentor and nurture other project managers and members of the delivery team.

• Act as a subject matter expert and exemplify effective project management practices.

• Manage billable/utilization goals while juggling multiple clients.

• Develop delivery methodologies and impose structure on uncertain scenarios.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6 years of experience in project management within professional services or consulting delivery.

• 6 years of experience managing multiple simultaneous client engagements.

• Proven track record of successfully leading complex, high-risk, or high-visibility projects to positive outcomes.

• Strong proficiency in traditional and agile delivery methodologies.

• Experience in backlog management, iteration planning, and collaboration with product owners.

• Proficient in Jira and Confluence.

• History of adhering to and enforcing standardized delivery processes.

• Ability to thrive in a lean, rapidly changing environment while creating necessary structure.

• Candidates are required to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.

• Candidates must possess authorization to work in the United States.

• Preferred: PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certifications.

• Preferred: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe, or similar agile certifications.

• Preferred: Atlassian certifications, including Jira, Confluence, and other relevant technical certifications.

• Preferred: Relevant accreditations in AI delivery or tooling.
