This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Oversee and direct intricate projects and programs that facilitate the successful implementation, deployment, and adoption of Irth's software platform by customers.
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, budgets, resources, and success metrics.
• Track project progress, pinpoint risks and issues, and implement mitigation and resolution strategies.
• Relay project status, risks, dependencies, changes, and advancements to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Act as the main point of contact between Irth customers and internal teams.
• Foster customer expectations and relationships throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources and determine additional resources necessary for implementation and customer challenges.
• Administer alterations to project scope, schedules, and costs utilizing project management and change-control practices.
• Ensure deliverables, SOPs, internal processes, and client-facing documentation are accurate and aligned with the company’s goals.
• Monitor project outcomes, ROI, and customer success metrics.
• Recognize opportunities to enhance project delivery, customer experience, and internal processes.
• Propel projects to successful completion and ensure the achievement of customer business objectives.
• A minimum of 12 years of experience managing customer-facing software implementation projects, ideally within Professional Services at a software or SaaS firm.
• Proven experience collaborating with external customers and cross-functional teams, including Sales, Engineering, and Product Management.
• Exceptional skills in customer engagement, presentation, written, and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and prioritize projects effectively.
• Experience in managing multiple projects, priorities, and resources simultaneously.
• Proven expertise in managing customer escalations across all organizational levels, including executive stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of project financials, encompassing revenue, costs, budgets, profitability, and margins.
• Deep knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.
• Experience in developing, implementing, maintaining, and adhering to repeatable project management processes and methodologies.
• Ability to identify risks, resolve issues, manage dependencies, and drive successful project results.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Preferred: background in the Oil & Gas industry or broader Energy sector.
• Preferred: experience with contract locators or related field-service stakeholders.
• Preferred: experience managing complex stakeholder relationships within the Energy sector.
• Preferred: familiarity with enterprise software implementations and platforms that support field operations or infrastructure management.
