Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of telemedicine initiatives.

• Create and sustain comprehensive project plans to track progress and ensure alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to guarantee collaborative efforts in program development, implementation, and assessment.

• Promote a culture of teamwork and innovation within the team, fostering open dialogue and the exchange of ideas.

• Conduct routine performance evaluations, establish professional growth objectives, and offer mentorship to team members.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and collaborative problem-solving.

• Manage the program budget, ensuring the effective distribution and use of funds and resources.

• Develop a thorough monitoring and evaluation framework to assess program progress against established goals and objectives.

• Keep abreast of the latest developments in telehealth, identifying integration opportunities within program activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 6-8 years of clinical experience.

• Background in Digital Health Interventions.

• Experience in community/public health programs is preferred.

• Proven experience managing complex programs with numerous stakeholders.

• Strong leadership abilities and experience in team management.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

• Demonstrated capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
