This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Independently lead projects, potentially with support from an Assistant Project Manager.
• Oversee complex projects while managing a larger portfolio of business.
• Make key decisions regarding project processes, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Manage the complete project development cycle in line with business processes and quality standards.
• Prepare and submit documentation for medical/legal review in accordance with client specifications.
• Generate project status reports and provide updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate daily and weekly production meetings.
• Maintain project management records, including FinancialForce, Ziflow, and CRM systems.
• Spearhead process improvement initiatives.
• Establish project milestones and detailed schedules to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
• Develop staffing plans while ensuring that deliverables remain within budget.
• Conduct weekly monitoring of project and campaign budgets.
• Lead monthly internal reconciliation meetings and prepare client budget reports.
• Identify and address project risks.
• Manage relationships with vendors and agency partners, including timelines, needs, and deliverables.
• Determine resource requirements and collaborate with the resourcing manager and other project managers.
• Review and assess monthly staffing forecasts.
• Present capabilities and processes to both internal and external audiences.
• Build strong relationships with development teams, vendors, agency partners, and clients.
• Support training initiatives and oversee an Assistant Project Manager, including bi-weekly one-on-one meetings.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical marketing agency is required; experience as an Agency of Record (AOR) is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree (BA) is required.
• Proven experience managing large cross-functional teams encompassing account services, creative, strategy, database, interactive, and print production.
• Demonstrated ability to work with multiple vendors while managing their timelines and requirements.
• Proficiency in using MS Project or SmartSheets.
• Advanced experience with a project management financial platform.
• Strong Excel skills are essential.
• Experience in leading process improvement initiatives.
