This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee daily project and program management tasks, assisting your team in achieving high-quality results.
• Formulate and implement project plans with a focus on meeting project goals and objectives.
• Direct cross-functional teams to guarantee the effective execution of project initiatives.
• Work closely with stakeholders to determine project needs and outline the project scope.
• Mentor and support team members, cultivating a culture of excellence and ongoing improvement.
• Spearhead the creation of project documentation and reports to present insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable way.
• Keep updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate best practices into project management approaches.
• Contribute to the growth of the organization through effective project leadership and strategic planning.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or a healthcare-related field.
• Significant experience in project management, demonstrating a successful history of leading projects in the pharmaceutical or biotech sector.
• Strong expertise in project management tools and methodologies, exhibiting excellent attention to detail.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of developing effective project strategies.
• Proven leadership qualities, with experience in effectively managing and mentoring teams.
• Excellent communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
• Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic setting.
• Openness to travel as needed (approximately 25%).
