This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• You will oversee the daily project and programme management tasks, assisting your team in achieving high-quality results.
• Formulating and implementing project plans, with an emphasis on reaching project goals and objectives.
• Leading interdisciplinary teams to guarantee the successful execution of project activities.
• Partnering with stakeholders to ascertain project needs and delineate project scope.
• Coaching and mentoring team members, promoting a culture of excellence and ongoing improvement.
• Spearheading the creation of project documentation and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable format.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate best practices into project management approaches.
• Contributing to the organization's growth through effective project leadership and strategic planning.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or a healthcare-related field.
• Significant experience in project management, with a proven history of leading successful projects in the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors.
• Strong command of project management tools and methodologies, coupled with excellent attention to detail.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for developing effective project strategies.
• Proven leadership skills, with experience in effectively managing and mentoring teams.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Detail-oriented, with robust organizational skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 25%).
