Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate various L&D projects, ensuring they align with enterprise PMO standards.

• Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations with clarity and accuracy.

• Collaborate across functions to improve processes, minimize friction, and boost program effectiveness.

• Deliver structured frameworks, actionable updates, and strategic insights to leadership.

• Assist HR and L&D initiatives as products, emphasizing user experience and ongoing enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in project or program management, ideally within HR, L&D, or enterprise-wide initiatives.

• Strong capability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-visibility environments.

• Proven experience in managing cross-functional stakeholders and influencing decision-making.

• Expertise in process improvement, vendor management, and operational excellence.

• Familiarity with project management tools like Smartsheet, MS Project, or Jira.

• Background in pharmaceutical, biotech, or other highly regulated industries is preferred.

• Experience in HR operations, performance management, or L&D delivery is advantageous.

• PMP or a similar certification is considered a plus.
