Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.

📋 Description

• Enhance the quality and seamless execution of critical projects.

• Supervise one or more medium-sized project management teams.

• Collaborate with clients, company leadership, and project team leaders.

• Elevate the quality of project deliverables throughout all phases of the program.

• Assist in ensuring project timelines and quality by identifying and alleviating risks.

• Draft comprehensive Statements of Work (SOW) for clients and secure agreement and approval from stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in managing intricate projects, programs, or initiatives.

• At least 3 years of experience in Medicaid and Medicare is preferred.

• Familiarity with Claims and/or Provider projects is preferred.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

• Current knowledge of budget development, control, assurance methods, and project management software.

• Capability to translate broader program objectives into clear and attainable project milestones.

• Leadership skills to train, guide, and mentor junior team members.

• Strong executive presentation skills with the ability to convey ideas effectively.

• Innovative problem-solver who excels in establishing structure from uncertainty.
