📋 Description

• Oversees multiple large-scale projects with budgets exceeding $30M.

• Employs a comprehensive understanding of project governance and tools to ensure successful project delivery and risk management.

• Implements standard processes related to change controls, approvals, and information sharing with both internal teams and external subcontractors.

• Establishes workflows, roles, and reporting structures for project teams.

• Addresses and reduces scope, schedule, and cost risks both within the organization and with clients.

• Assists in the formulation of departmental budgets and business strategies for specific functional areas.

• Actively manages project changes leading to Project Change Notices (PCN).

• Demonstrates exceptional leadership by formulating organizational objectives and goals.

• Utilizes extensive experience and knowledge to assess and compare material handling options and technologies to support the design and implementation of solutions.

• Applies a thorough understanding of supply chain concepts, processes, and trends in crafting and implementing solutions.

• Oversees one or more external and/or internal projects or work streams that are of moderate size, scope, budget, and complexity.

• Showcases ongoing consulting abilities to resolve issues, ensures client approval of deliverables, offers critical support on methodologies, and facilitates effective communication among project stakeholders.

• Exemplifies a robust work ethic by consistently adhering to strong principles such as integrity, commitment, and professionalism.

• Effectively cultivates strong project teams and recognizes development needs in both self and team members.

• Provides leadership as a Resource Manager as business requirements dictate.

• Assigns project tasks based on the unique strengths, skills, and experience levels of junior staff members.

• Fosters strong relationships through effective interpersonal, communication, and listening skills.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience, or 13+ years of relevant work experience in fields such as industrial, mechanical, or civil engineering; industrial or construction management.

• Proven advanced expertise in developing and managing project budgets alongside conducting financial analyses to assess projects.

• Exceptional project management capabilities, evidenced by necessary knowledge and experience.

• Highly developed project management skills, demonstrated through essential knowledge and experience.

• Superior understanding of managing multiple projects and workstreams both directly and indirectly.

• Proven ability to manage projects and teams in a remote setting.

• Leads by example, creating a broad project leadership framework that effectively delegates responsibilities and establishes clear expectations while ensuring comprehensive understanding.

• Distinguished competency in listening, oral, and written communication.

• Outstanding skills in addressing complex problems and formulating solutions, along with mentoring and developing others.

• Advanced business acumen with a solid understanding and intermediate skills in practical application.

• Highly developed and proven skills in managing budgets across various projects, workstreams, and programs.

• Demonstrated capability to engage proactively with Project Accountants for budget management and communication.

• High-level time management skills with a successful track record in delivering projects of greater scope and complexity within budget and on schedule.

• Excellent abilities in developing and delivering presentations.

• Advanced client management skills.

• Proficient in PM software, Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and SharePoint.

• Willingness to travel domestically (50%) and internationally.
