Senior Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead comprehensive service projects for Censis clients, overseeing everything from contract transition to go-live and support handover.

• Create and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk management documents.

• Supervise, guide, and coordinate tasks delegated to the project team.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution while achieving high customer satisfaction scores.

• Manage the scope effectively and handle change requests formally, assessing their impact on timelines, resources, and costs.

• Proactively identify implementation risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.

• Ensure thorough documentation is maintained, including project plans, decision logs, and implementation artifacts.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in software implementation and project management.

• Experience with healthcare-related implementations.

• Certification in Project Management.

• Outstanding presentation, communication, and training abilities.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent time management skills.
