Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of technology projects or solution implementations.

• Ensure that all projects are finished on schedule, within defined scope, and adhere to budget constraints.

• Coordinate efforts between internal teams and external vendors.

• Provide clear and timely communication with stakeholders, including executive sponsors.

• Implement project management practices in areas such as risk management, schedule oversight, and issue resolution.

• Develop and maintain project timelines, plans, and status updates.

• Organize meetings and monitor project milestones.

• Ensure that project outcomes meet organizational objectives.

• Keep a basic understanding of the technical environments utilized by financial institutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing technology or business projects.

• Previous experience in the banking or financial services sector is preferred.

• Strong grasp of banking terminology, practices, and operational frameworks.

• Proven experience collaborating with executive stakeholders.

• Expertise in project management tools and methodologies.

• Excellent skills in identifying risks, tracking issues, and managing schedules.

• Must have valid and unrestricted work authorization in the U.S.

• Candidates who require sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered.

• PMP or another relevant certification is advantageous.

• Familiarity with the technical ecosystems of financial institutions; core-agnostic knowledge is a plus.
