Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of NetSuite implementation projects, including defining scope, allocating resources, scheduling, and managing budgets.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing frequent updates, addressing any concerns, and managing expectations throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Work collaboratively with clients to gather and document business requirements, evaluate project risks, and outline project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Create comprehensive project plans, work breakdown structures, and timelines, ensuring they align with client expectations and project goals.

• Facilitate project kickoff meetings, workshops, and discovery sessions to establish governance, define roles and responsibilities, and set up communication protocols.

• Manage project resources, including internal teams, consultants, and third-party vendors, to ensure optimal utilization and efficiency.

• Track project progress, monitor milestones and deliverables, and proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues to keep projects aligned with budget and timeline.

• Conduct regular status meetings, steering committee sessions, and executive updates to provide insight into project health, progress, and upcoming actions.

• Lead change management efforts, including stakeholder engagement, training, and communication, to ensure successful adoption of NetSuite solutions.

• Ensure compliance with project management best practices, methodologies, and quality standards while continuously seeking opportunities for process enhancement.

• Facilitate post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions to gather feedback, identify areas for improvement, and promote ongoing enhancement.
