Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee integration projects from inception to completion, including discovery, go-live, and hypercare stages.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project duration.

• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Sales, and Engineering.

• Establish project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies to guarantee reliable delivery.

• Lead essential project ceremonies such as kick-offs, status updates, checkpoints, retrospectives, and daily follow-ups.

• Track project progress and proactively resolve any blockers and risks.

• Handle scope modifications and change requests as necessary.

• Create and distribute weekly project status updates to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Ensure alignment between customer expectations and technical execution.

• Foster a positive customer experience throughout the entire engagement lifecycle.

• Assist in post-go-live activities, which include hypercare and follow-ups on customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing technology projects from start to finish.

• Familiarity with integration projects that involve APIs, middleware, iPaaS, or distributed systems.

• Strong project management and organizational abilities, capable of handling multiple projects concurrently.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging directly with international clients.

• Capability to convert business requirements into clear priorities and guidance for technical teams.

• Experience in managing scope changes, risks, timelines, and project dependencies.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset.

• Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

• Proficient in English, with the confidence to lead discussions with US-based clients and stakeholders.
