Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Plan and execute digital projects, ensuring timely, scoped, and budgeted deliveries;

• Manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment of objectives, requirements, and expectations;

• Lead multidisciplinary teams (designers, developers, analysts, etc.) fostering collaboration and high-performance delivery;

• Oversee resource utilization, prioritize activities, and adjust allocations as necessary to maximize project efficiency;

• Identify, track, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle;

• Control the project budget, monitor expenses, and contribute to the profitability of deliveries;

• Ensure effective communication among team members and other involved areas through regular status reports and checkpoints;

• Ensure that deliverables meet the expected quality standards;

• Promote continuous improvement of project management processes by identifying opportunities and implementing best practices;

• Maintain up-to-date documentation of all project artifacts (schedule, scope, meeting notes, decisions, changes, etc.);

• Act consultatively with clients, providing strategic insights throughout the project.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience in project management, focusing on e-commerce or digital experiences;

• Mastery of project management methodologies (both traditional and agile);

• Experience with digital technologies, UX, CMS, digital marketing, mobile, and web;

• Strong leadership and communication skills across different stakeholder levels;

• Experience in managing budgets, scope, and resources;

• Ability to navigate dynamic environments, scope changes, and multiple concurrent projects;

• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban;

• Analytical and data-driven mindset, focused on results and continuous improvement;

• Advanced English skills for verbal and written communication.
