Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle for various client engagements, including security monitoring, vulnerability management, SOC onboarding, professional services, and incident response service deployments.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing communication and expectations effectively.

• Create comprehensive project plans that align with client needs, cybersecurity best practices, and managed service offerings.

• Ensure the timely delivery of SIEM, EDR, and other managed security solutions.

• Collaborate with SOC teams and technical resources for effective onboarding and integration.

• Identify and address project risks associated with client environments, security tools, and compliance requirements.

• Monitor project scope, schedules, and budgets while providing regular updates to clients and internal leadership.

• Work closely with sales, technical, and operations teams to define and deliver projects.

• Promote continuous improvement by incorporating lessons learned and refining delivery methodologies.

• Ensure projects comply with ISO 27001, GDPR, and internal service level agreements (SLAs).

• Lead client projects that involve Microsoft technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure and the broader Microsoft cloud ecosystem.

• Manage Microsoft transformation, migration, and security enhancement initiatives.

• Coordinate the efforts of cloud engineers, security specialists, and SOC resources.

• Act as the central coordination point among clients, internal teams, and external vendors.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, ideally within a managed services or cybersecurity context.

• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly recommended.

• In-depth knowledge of managed security services, including SIEM, EDR, vulnerability management, and cloud security solutions.

• Experience overseeing projects that involve the deployment and integration of cybersecurity technologies.

• Proven ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities.

• Client-facing experience with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with SOC processes and cybersecurity operations environments.

• Capability to manage technical teams and coordinate across various departments.

• Experience with Microsoft technologies, especially Microsoft Azure and cloud-based environments.

• Demonstrated experience in supporting Microsoft transformation, migration, or platform modernization projects.

• Understanding of Microsoft identity, cloud, and security services from a project delivery and coordination perspective.

• Experience working in or managing SOC environments for clients.

• Knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud security services and solutions.

• Familiarity with threat intelligence, incident response, and vulnerability management processes.

• Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards such as NIST, CIS, and GDPR.

• Strong grasp of DevSecOps practices, particularly in automation and tool integration.
