This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee numerous large and intricate projects involving a variety of stakeholders.
• Supervise all stages of a project according to the Cority Implementation Methodology.
• Take ownership of ensuring that all deliverables as specified by the Cority Implementation Methodology and customer project plan are completed.
• Cultivate and maintain effective strategic relationships with project stakeholders, management, and delivery teams.
• Manage client expectations regarding estimated effort, project duration, and associated costs.
• Collaborate independently with the Cority sales team to determine customer project needs for precise engagement scoping.
• Facilitate the development of change orders along with the related effort and cost.
• Independently coordinate a multidisciplinary team of Professional Services Consultants, Developers, and Client Resources to successfully implement Cority software for clients.
• Oversee change management processes and effectively communicate their impact to clients.
• Create detailed project schedules in partnership with team members.
• Demonstrate self-sufficiency in developing and maintaining project schedules that accommodate unique project requirements.
• Develop, monitor, and manage project deliverables, budgets, and timelines to ensure high-quality, on-budget, and on-time project delivery.
• Proactively identify, document, and address project risks and issues.
• Conduct status meetings and efficiently communicate project status to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Actively seek opportunities to expedite project advancement.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• PMP certification will be highly regarded.
• Candidates with EHSQ experience will receive preferential consideration.
• Preferred experience in creating Statements of Work along with associated effort and cost.
• A self-motivated individual and quick learner capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• A collaborative team player able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary project delivery setting.

• Ability to swiftly grasp a technical understanding of customer solutions.
• Willingness to travel (5%).
