This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Take ownership of the master project plan, tracking milestones, dependencies, timelines, and potential risks.
• Coordinate and supervise daily project activities to ensure they align with objectives, deliverables, and organizational standards.
• Manage ticket workflows from start to finish, ensuring clarity, prioritization, ownership, and visibility of progress.
• Facilitate coordination among multiple agency partners, internal teams, Tech Leads, developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders to guarantee smooth transitions and alignment.
• Proactively handle risks, blockers, and issues, providing solutions and timely escalations when necessary.
• Maintain documentation, status reporting, dashboards, and program artifacts in a clear, accurate, and up-to-date manner.
• Support Tech Leads throughout all phases of the project, including initiation, planning, definition, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Oversee and facilitate weekly releases, including task reviews, prioritization, and resource planning.
• Ensure effective communication between development, QA, agency partners, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor project scope, timelines, and goals to ensure successful delivery.
• Promote collaboration among internal and external teams, aligning efforts with client experience and project outcomes.
• Establish operational standards and best practices to enhance project execution and team performance.
• Work with team leaders and the Account Manager to define processes, documentation, and quality criteria for all projects.
• Engage in strategic talent allocation for each project, aligning individual skills with business needs.
• Encourage effective communication, team engagement, alignment, and ownership.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or coordination in digital, agency, software, or multi-stakeholder settings.
• Proven experience in managing digital projects, including web development, e-commerce, microsites, maintenance, or omnichannel campaigns.
• Strong proficiency with project planning and ticketing tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Excel, or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban, as well as traditional frameworks such as PMI and Waterfall.
• Advanced experience in project financial planning, including budget control, forecasting, pipeline management, and roadmap planning.
• Excellent resource management skills, including balancing priorities, managing timelines, and task allocation.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, encompassing communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution in high-pressure environments.
• Capability to lead remote and multicultural teams while promoting collaboration, efficiency, and autonomy.
• Experience in implementing continuous improvement processes to ensure high-quality deliverables within set timelines and budgets.
• Strong operational excellence mindset, including standards definition, quality control, risk identification, and workflow optimization.
• Proficiency with project management and productivity tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar platforms.
• High level of professionalism, self-management, a continuous improvement mindset, and dedication to excellence.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Six Sigma certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager is advantageous but not required.
