Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Lead the comprehensive execution of intricate, cross-functional technology projects.

• Propel Agile implementation by facilitating delivery processes and coordinating dependencies across various teams.

• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, offering clear status updates and reports ready for executive review.

• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations, ensuring swift mitigation and resolution.

• Establish and uphold effective governance practices, including RAID logs, reporting, and decision tracking.

• Supervise project finances, encompassing budget planning, forecasting, and expenditure tracking.

• Collaborate with functional leaders to manage resource allocation and capacity planning.

• Ensure alignment between business goals, delivery schedules, quality standards, and budget limitations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Project or Program Management within technology delivery settings.

• Demonstrated history of delivering complex, enterprise-scale initiatives with numerous cross-functional dependencies.

• Robust experience with Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

• Comprehensive understanding of the SDLC and technology delivery processes.

• Experience in managing globally distributed teams and operating within matrix organizations.

• Strong stakeholder management capabilities, including communication with executive leadership.

• Proven expertise in risk, issue, dependency, and escalation management.

• Experience in managing project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Experience with resource and capacity planning.

• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Preferred qualifications: Experience in Life Sciences / Healthcare / Commercial systems (e.g., Pricing, CRM, Revenue) and with enterprise platforms (e.g., Oracle, Salesforce, data/analytics); Familiarity with Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) / SDLC governance; PMP, SAFe, or Scrum certification.
