This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a variety of interconnected projects and programs to ensure alignment with the overarching objectives of C&T and Factset while achieving mutual benefits.
• Create and facilitate a stakeholder review schedule for key strategic initiatives to showcase progress, encourage collaboration, identify risks, issues, and concerns, and promote resolutions.
• Collaborate with teams on the principles, tools, and best practices related to program and project management.
• Design metrics to evaluate, track, and report on the progress of programs and strategic initiatives.
• Recognize areas for ongoing improvement in processes and execution.
• Monitor demand and capacity for project resources, bringing attention to any areas of concern.
• Articulate goals, roles, responsibilities, and expected outcomes to cross-functional project teams to secure commitment and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Assist in portfolio activities within the Content & Technology division, including governance of Targetprocess PPM, demand management, and best practices for project and program management; support operations-related projects and initiatives.
• Provide updates to key executive sponsors, stakeholders, and team members on the status, progress, and risks of programs/projects, while continuously managing project expectations.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 5-10 years of experience in project and program leadership, particularly in high-visibility enterprise technology programs involving senior stakeholders.
• Capability to manage remotely is essential.
• Independent leader who can operate effectively both autonomously and within a team, integrating knowledge and building internal networks for success.
• Strong expertise in various project methodologies, including agile, waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
• Preferably possesses experience in planning, task management, collaboration, and reporting/analytics in Targetprocess and Jira.
• Apply best practices in program and project management methods, along with associated tools and techniques in a hybrid (waterfall/agile) program environment.
• Possess analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability, balanced with sound business judgment.
• Proficient in MS Office, Teams, and Project toolsets to generate meaningful management information, presentations, reports, etc.
• Confident in the use and understanding of a wide range of enterprise tools.
• Familiarity with Mural, other visualization tools, and advanced Excel is a plus.
• Ability to pinpoint opportunities for process improvement and experience in process definition and mapping.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills - Ability to cultivate strong relationships and rapport, working with individuals at all levels to understand and resolve issues; adept at overcoming challenges.
