Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee and autonomously manage intricate replatforming initiatives

• Collaborate with system integrators and external partners to guarantee adherence to SCAYLE standards

• Ensure seamless integration and functionality of customer environments post go-live

• Take ownership of the complete project lifecycle from planning to implementation, including budget and resource oversight

• Work in tandem with internal and external stakeholders to synchronize priorities and expectations

• Maintain open communication, track progress, and document all projects systematically

• Utilize agile methodologies to facilitate prompt decision-making and effective delivery

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification

• Over 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within e-commerce or SaaS sectors

• Demonstrated experience in supporting enterprise clients and managing external service providers

• Comprehensive understanding of prevalent project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall

• Strong grasp of e-commerce architectures, interfaces (APIs), and MACH principles

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Experience with complex platform migrations or replatforming initiatives; relevant project management certifications are advantageous
