Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Lead and autonomously oversee intricate replatforming projects.

• Collaborate with system integrators and external partners to uphold SCAYLE standards.

• Guarantee seamless integration and functionality of customer environments post go-live.

• Manage the entire project lifecycle from planning to deployment, encompassing budget and resource oversight.

• Work alongside internal and external stakeholders to synchronize priorities and expectations.

• Ensure clear communication, progress monitoring, and thorough documentation throughout all projects.

• Utilize agile methodologies to facilitate timely decision-making and effective execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a similar qualification.

• Over 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within e-commerce or a SaaS setting.

• Demonstrated experience in supporting enterprise clients and managing external service providers.

• Comprehensive understanding of prevalent project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.

• Strong grasp of e-commerce architectures, interfaces (APIs), and MACH principles.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.

• Experience with intricate platform migrations or replatforming initiatives; relevant project management certifications are advantageous.
