Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Independently lead and manage complex replatforming initiatives.

• Oversee System Integrators and external partners to ensure compliance with SCAYLE standards.

• Guarantee seamless connectivity and functionality of customer environments after going live.

• Take ownership of the entire project lifecycle from planning through to rollout, including budget and resource oversight.

• Work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to align on priorities and expectations.

• Ensure clear communication, ongoing progress tracking, and thorough documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

• Utilize agile methodologies to facilitate prompt decision-making and effective execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within e-commerce or SaaS sectors.

• Demonstrated experience in managing enterprise clients and collaborating with external service providers.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.

• Comprehensive knowledge of e-commerce architectures, APIs, and MACH principles.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Background in handling complex platform migrations or replatforming projects.

• Project management certifications are advantageous.
