Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Independently lead and navigate complex replatforming initiatives.

• Oversee System Integrators and external partners to ensure compliance with SCAYLE standards.

• Guarantee seamless connectivity and operation of customer environments following go-live.

• Take ownership of the entire project lifecycle from planning to rollout, including budget oversight and resource management.

• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to align on priorities and expectations.

• Maintain clear communication, track progress, and document throughout the project phases.

• Utilize agile methodologies to facilitate prompt decision-making and effective execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within e-commerce or SaaS.

• Demonstrated experience managing enterprise customers and working with external service providers.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.

• Solid grasp of e-commerce architectures, APIs, and MACH principles.

• Outstanding communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders effectively.

• Experience with intricate platform migrations or replatforming projects.

• Project management certifications are advantageous.
