Senior Project Manager – AIP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct intricate programs and projects to guarantee successful customer deployment and adoption of Irth’s platform.

• Manage and relay deliverables, risks, project timelines, ROI, and any issues that may arise.

• Serve as a bridge between Irth’s customers and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution and success.

• Communicate in a professional and concise manner while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

• Ensure that internal processes and client-facing documents are up-to-date and aligned with corporate objectives.

• Anticipate resource requirements needed to achieve objectives and manage those resources efficiently; identify and onboard additional resources as needed for prompt resolution of client concerns during the implementation phase.

• Administer changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification methods.

• Provide regular project updates to various stakeholders regarding strategy, modifications, and progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 12 years’ experience managing projects in customer-facing implementation roles within a Professional Services function at a Software Company, preferably a SaaS provider.

• Demonstrated success in collaborating with external customers and key internal partner teams, including Sales, Engineering, and Product Management.

• Exceptional customer engagement, presentation, and communication abilities.

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with keen attention to detail and adaptability to processes in a rapidly changing environment; capable of managing multiple projects with various resources.

• Experience in handling escalations at all levels.

• A comprehensive understanding of project financials, including revenue, costs, and margins is essential.

• Strong knowledge of project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.

• Experience in developing, maintaining, and adhering to a repeatable project methodology.
