Project Implementations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Establish achievable goals and implement action plans to reach the objectives for new business implementations.

• Guide and direct project team members to ensure adherence to established standards, procedures, and guidelines.

• Ensure the availability of financial, material, and human resources necessary for successful project completion.

• Assess progress to identify limitations or issues and seek solutions for a more efficient process.

• Develop internal and external communication strategies to facilitate interaction between various departments and clients.

• Utilize specialized tools and techniques to delegate tasks and ensure an equitable distribution of responsibilities among project team members.

• Participate in educational programs to enhance job knowledge and expand personal networks.

• Inspire team members to achieve project goals by effectively fulfilling their responsibilities.

• Provide effective solutions to meet established targets and satisfy client needs.

• Oversee all aspects of projects, including planning, communication, risk assessment, and resource management.

• Foster a collaborative and enjoyable work environment that promotes effective creative thinking.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field or equivalent relevant work or military experience.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, ideally within manufacturing or logistics.

• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.

• Project management experience is required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
