This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Offer software assistance to users
• Provide first-level support to end users and external customers
• Create tickets through WhatsApp, chat, or email
• Occasionally travel to client locations for on-site assistance
• Identify and troubleshoot issues
• Document incidents and solutions, along with standard procedures
• Maintain a customer-centric approach, recommending solutions and fostering ongoing technological and business innovation.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities for client interaction
• Understanding of business management principles
• Technical expertise, particularly in SaaS-based ERPs
• Background in consultative software and service support
• Willingness to work Monday through Friday from 10:00 to 19:00.
• Contractor (PJ) engagement
• 15 paid business days of vacation after completing one year of contract
