This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.
• Facilitate coordination among stakeholders, meetings, and cross-functional calendars involving COE stakeholders, marketing operations, and governance leadership.
• Organize and assist in the bi-weekly Compliance + Responsible AI forum, which includes preparing agendas, briefing materials, and other essential documentation.
• Create comprehensive meeting materials for both executive and cross-functional discussions.
• Document and maintain decisions, strategic rationales, action items, responsible parties, and next steps derived from governance forums.
• Monitor follow-up actions until completion, identifying any outstanding items or dependencies.
• Compose and disseminate meeting summaries, progress reports, and follow-up communications.
• Sustain the COE knowledge base with policies, decisions, recordings, AI-generated summaries, frameworks, and reference materials.
• Assist in onboarding and transition activities for the new Governance Product Manager.
• Uphold PMO discipline concerning governance processes, documentation, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.
• Perform market research, industry benchmarking, competitive analysis, and governance research.
• Transform complex information into actionable insights for leadership and governance stakeholders.
• Write POV documents, briefing papers, executive summaries, and position papers.
• Aid in the evolution of policies, approval workflows, risk escalation, compliance training, and attestation matters.
• Assist leadership in navigating internal stakeholders and anticipating governance needs.
• Convert research and stakeholder feedback into concise materials suitable for executive audiences.
• Demonstrated experience in enterprise project management, PMO execution, or program operations.
• Strong background in coordinating cross-functional stakeholders within complex enterprise settings.
• Experience with governance processes, forums, operational cadences, decision tracking, and action-item management.
• Proficient in knowledge management and documentation practices.
• Solid understanding of marketing operations and content creation lifecycles.
• Experience collaborating with creative teams, agencies, marketing organizations, or content-driven environments.
• Exceptional written communication skills for producing substantial, polished content.
• Ability to write executive summaries, briefing papers, POV documents, and communications for leadership.
• Strong research, analytical, and information synthesis capabilities.
• High level of organization, ownership, and attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be based in LATAM and capable of working full overlap during U.S. Central Time business hours.
• Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI, digital compliance, or governance frameworks.
• Experience in supporting AI-related programs, content governance initiatives, or governance for emerging technologies.
• Background in a Chief-of-Staff, strategic PMO, or executive operations role.
• Experience in supporting enterprise marketing, creative operations, or content governance programs.
