Senior Project Manager – AdTech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with engineering leadership to craft comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation and budget management.

• Oversee, track, and successfully deliver technical projects that involve multiple teams (engineering, product, threat intelligence, detection, customer success).

• Lead all Scrum ceremonies and Agile events to ensure team productivity and cohesion.

• Guarantee that projects are completed according to defined scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards.

• Organize, manage, and supervise project execution to ensure timely delivery within set budgets.

• Perform project risk assessments, proactively monitor and communicate risks to stakeholders and customers.

• Develop and maintain clear, accessible project documentation and reports.

• Establish and continuously refine project management best practices, including tools, templates, and engagement guidelines.

• Promote change and enhance efficiency in collaboration with both internal and external partners.

• Act as a resource and people manager: engage in hiring plans with Recruiting, support onboarding processes, and foster the professional development of team members.

• Promote ongoing improvements within the Competence Center, contribute to PMO activities and PM training initiatives, and share insights and best practices to boost project lifecycle efficiency.

• Aid in enhancing the project lifecycle through sharing of lessons learned and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in Project Management with a focus on technology.

• Excellent organizational abilities with a capacity to manage complex, cross-functional projects.

• A strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Extensive experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

• A proven history of establishing Scrum processes and coaching teams.

• In-depth knowledge of project management tools and processes (planning, estimation, monitoring, risk management).

• Practical experience in managing technical requirements.

• Expert-level proficiency in configuring Jira and Confluence.

• Experience with BI tools.

• Proficient in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

• Scrum Master and/or Product Owner certification (WILL BE A PLUS).

• Basic understanding of SQL.
