Senior Project Management Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tunisia.

📋 Description

• Drive operational agility and facilitate cross-functional stand-ups that align with the priorities of ANZ and the Tunis region.

• Identify, track, and resolve intricate project dependencies and operational hurdles.

• Implement process standards and enhance workflow pipelines.

• Maintain the cleanliness of the Jira board and utilize Looker or Jira reports to assess velocity, bottlenecks, and delivery metrics.

• Evaluate squad processes, pinpoint inefficiencies, and carry out continuous improvements.

• Manage incoming requests, resource limitations, team capacity, and queues.

• Connect the ANZ Category Team with Tunis functional teams to transition projects from ideation to live deployment.

• Uphold quality standards while enhancing delivery velocity, predictability, and process maturity.

⛳️ Requirements

• A proven track record as a Senior PM or Delivery Specialist overseeing cross-functional projects across distributed, international teams.

• Practical experience in establishing and enforcing delivery frameworks, quality gates, and workflow enhancements.

• Expert-level proficiency in Jira.

• Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools such as Looker or Tableau.

• A demonstrated history of actively resolving blockers and mitigating risks.

• Capability to constructively push back when standards are not adhered to.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for aligning remote teams across various time zones.

• Agile/Scrum certifications with practical, real-world application are advantageous.
