Senior Project Leader – Payer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Develop the yearly budget alongside quarterly forecasts.

• Collaborate with Practice leadership regarding pertinent inputs and assumptions.

• Generate financial reports that encompass variance and trend analysis, key performance indicators, revenue backlog reports, and quarterly reviews of working capital.

• Analyze reports and findings with the Operations Manager and Practice leadership.

• Formulate recommendations and ensure the execution of action plans.

• Monitor, assess, and provide advice on the financial health of key engagements, while emphasizing potential risks and opportunities.

• Oversee the monthly revenue forecasting process for the entire Practice.

• Create presentation materials and analyses for leadership and management gatherings.

• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and reporting as necessary.

• Offer new hires an overview of Operations and engagement economics.

• Track expense categories to ensure compliance with the planned annual budget.

• Cultivate multiple internal relationships across Practice and Corporate functions.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.

• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel.

• Exceptional organizational and communication capabilities.

• Quick learner with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
