Senior Project Engineer – SRM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage project planning, resource allocation, staffing, progress reporting, and issue resolution across various programs.

• Direct an Integrated Project Team (IPT) to design, create, manufacture, and deliver products.

• Collaborate with engineering management to plan, staff, and execute projects of varying sizes.

• Act as the engineering liaison to program management, senior leadership, and the customer community.

• Ensure that project outcomes satisfy requirements related to technical quality, reliability, timelines, and budget constraints.

• Conduct engineering design assessments and strive to complete projects within financial and scheduling limits.

• Track progress and performance in relation to the project plan.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's Degree along with 5-7 years of relevant experience.

• Discipline/Major: A degree in Engineering is mandatory.

• Essential professional technical skills; computer proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Strong oral and written communication abilities.

• Proficient in analytical thinking.

• Experience in design reviews.

• Knowledge of project engineering.

• Expertise in resource planning.

• Competence in technical project management.

• Familiarity with Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) software.

• Experience with project management software.
