This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• Offer administrative and technical assistance to the Project Team, encompassing the planning, organizing, and coordination of project administration responsibilities.
• Uphold procedures, guidelines, and documentation while ensuring the proper maintenance of project records and all regulatory documents.
• Execute data entry and manage database repositories.
• Aid in the preparation or creation of reports and gather data for analytical purposes.
• Complete the review, coordination, and compilation of files and other materials.
• Distribute project documents and supplies.
• Process and track local regulatory documents, study-specific documentation, or departmental paperwork.
• Conduct file reviews.
• Organize and maintain correspondence files along with other departmental records.
• Analyze and reconcile project documents, metrics, and findings reports within designated timelines.
• Provide clarification and resolve issues related to documentation.
• May assist with the translation of materials and translation quality control upon request.
• Compose, copy, and distribute communications, reports, documents, and forms.
• Maintain vendor trackers.
• Grant access to company, client, and vendor systems.
• Process local payments (translations, EC/IEC, and other local vendors, etc.).
• Support project management ad-hoc activities, generating reports or editing study plans.
• Coordinate team conference calls and prepare and distribute meeting minutes from internal, client, or vendor meetings as needed.
• Maintain a working knowledge of relevant GCPs, organizational and client SOPs, and protocol-related specifics through ongoing professional development to ensure compliance.
• Retain a fundamental understanding of project protocols and the capability to implement project plans with specific guidelines, ensuring accountability for meeting applicable project timelines.
• High/Secondary school diploma or equivalent, along with relevant formal academic or vocational qualifications.
• Previous experience that equips the candidate with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (equivalent to at least 4 years).
• Self-motivated with a positive demeanor, possessing effective oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team or independently as required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively analyze project-specific data/systems to ensure both accuracy and efficiency.
• Strong customer orientation.
• High flexibility to adjust priorities in response to changing project timelines.
• Proven ability to acquire and maintain a thorough understanding of applicable regulations and procedural documents for all non-clinical/clinical aspects of project implementation, execution, and closeout.
• Proficient in English language and grammar.
• Good presentation abilities.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office, with the capability to learn and master all database systems and modern technologies.
• Solid critical thinking skills, including but not limited to a critical mindset, thorough investigation for appropriate root cause analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under constant pressure to meet project/client deliverables and timelines.
• Capability to successfully complete any required training programs as appropriate.
