📋 Description

• We are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to become part of our Project Management Office (PMO) to assist in managing projects that are directly tied to the execution of mission activities for Federal Partner agencies.

• This position will offer project coordination, operational support, and documentation assistance to PMO leadership while collaborating with internal teams and federal stakeholders on cost estimation, proposal evaluations, project delivery, reporting, onboarding, and process enhancement tasks.

• Aid PMO leadership in coordinating activities and project operations directly associated with fulfilling Federal Partner agency mission goals.

• Work together with federal stakeholders and internal teams to facilitate project delivery, issue monitoring, and status reporting.

• Develop, maintain, and assess project documentation including proposals, cost estimates, burn reports, statements of work, and standard operating procedures.

• Support the onboarding of new resources and the coordination of team activities among internal and external stakeholders.

• Generate weekly and monthly reports, oversee project activities, and assist in tracking action items, risks, and issues.

• Facilitate executive and client-facing reporting by consolidating updates and preparing precise, clear communications.

• Coordinate with teams such as Operations, Strategy, Contracts, Development, and Partner Services to meet project requirements.

• Encourage collaboration, organization, and consistency in processes across PMO activities.

• Adapt swiftly to changing priorities, ensuring the team remains agile and responsive.

• Assist in the development and execution of project management best practices and tools within the PMO.

• Oversee and monitor project timelines, guaranteeing the timely achievement of project milestones and deliverables.

• Support additional PMO-related tasks as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must be eligible to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must secure approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to joining Guidehouse.

• Preference will be given to candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY.

• Bachelor’s degree OR an additional FOUR (4) years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

• At least FOUR (4) years of experience in project coordination, project management support, client support, or a related field.

• Experience in supporting project documentation, reporting, and operational processes.

• Proficient in Microsoft products.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and SharePoint.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, particularly in developing or maintaining burn reports and tracking tools.

• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize, track, and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong interpersonal and customer support abilities, with a knack for collaborating across teams.

• Experience in creating or maintaining standard operating procedures and other process documentation.

• Capability to support risk and issue tracking while adhering to established mitigation strategies.
