Senior Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance the delivery of operational projects from initiation through to completion.

• Facilitate coordination among various departments to guarantee a seamless workflow and execution of projects.

• Monitor and accurately report on project timelines, deliverables, risks, and operational KPIs.

• Develop and refine operational processes, policies, and workflows.

• Ensure operational efficiency while continuously optimizing processes.

• Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and status updates for management review.

• Collaborate with management on strategic operational planning and implementation.

• Assist in resource planning and task distribution across teams.

• Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest effective solutions.

• Oversee project budgets, operational expenditures, and resource utilization.

• Ensure that operational execution aligns with business objectives.

• Manage stakeholder communication and maintain robust coordination with both internal and external parties.

• Provide support for crisis management and handle operational escalations as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.

• A minimum of 4+ years of experience in Operations, Project Management, or comparable roles.

• Strong comprehension of operational workflows and the project lifecycle management process.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to perform under pressure and manage various priorities simultaneously.

• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.

• Proficient reporting and analytical skills.

• PMP certification is an advantage.

• Experience in regional or multi-country operations is a plus.

• Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
