Senior Project Architect – Custom Single-Family Residential

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the production of construction documentation utilizing Revit.

• Collaborate with consultants and internal teams to deliver solutions that are both buildable and compliant with codes.

• Provide assistance with construction administration tasks as required, including RFIs, submittals, revisions, and site coordination.

• Guide junior team members and uphold quality control standards.

• Monitor schedules, deadlines, and project deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s).

• Possession of a local architectural license and over 10 years of experience with custom residential projects in the U.S.

• Proven ability to lead projects independently (preferably with experience managing an architectural studio or a similar leadership position).

• Proficient in managing projects autonomously (preferably with experience running your own studio or a similar leadership role).

• Solid understanding of imperial units and wood-frame construction techniques.

• Advanced proficiency in Revit software.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Bluebeam.

• Excellent communication skills and capability in team leadership.
