Senior Project Analyst, Transactions – Renewable Energy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate on a diverse array of client projects, guided by seasoned Project Managers and the Program Manager.

• Maintain project management systems and assist with both internal and project-specific tasks under the supervision of the Project/Program Manager.

• Oversee general project administration, which includes tracking action items, managing documents, and fulfilling stakeholder reporting requirements.

• Conduct project diligence to support M&A and financing transactions under the guidance of the Project/Program Manager.

• Contribute to the enhancement of Euclid’s platform by acting as a power user and offering design and process feedback.

• Take ownership of the design and architecture of new products and tools aimed at serving renewable energy project developers and investors through Euclid’s platform.

• Learn from an elite team of renewable energy professionals and gain comprehensive exposure to all facets of renewable energy development, diligence, execution, and finance.

• Assist in setting a higher industry benchmark for project quality and efficiency through the development and implementation of Euclid’s platform and process standardization initiatives.

• Actively participate in building a rapidly expanding team and organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of project experience in renewable energy, energy, financing, or related fields (preferred).

• A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, or other technical disciplines is preferred but not mandatory.

• General understanding of the renewable energy project lifecycle, including essential project value drivers, project development, financing, deployment, and asset management.

• Basic knowledge of project management principles, customer success strategies, and best practices.
