This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, articulate, and execute both business and technical requirements in collaboration with business units and IT personnel.
• Integrate systems and create enhancements, web services, and additional products.
• Ensure that CRM systems and associated products are compatible with existing systems and technical frameworks.
• Collaborate with vendors to evaluate products and functionalities, troubleshoot product issues, and influence product development.
• Develop new digital tools by defining requirements, designing, coding, testing, implementing, and integrating systems.
• Monitor and assess current systems and procedures while implementing necessary modifications.
• Enhance CRM systems, software quality, and data integrity.
• Produce reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions.
• Establish, implement, and refine CRM architectural standards.
• Stay updated with Salesforce and relevant technologies.
• Act as a subject matter expert for colleagues and internal stakeholders.
• Undertake special projects and various tasks as assigned.
• In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including its CRM functionalities, configuration options, and potential issues.
• Proficient in Salesforce development utilizing Flows, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Familiarity with a modern general-purpose programming language.
• Understanding of web integration architecture.
• Experience in structured testing and quality assurance practices.
• Extensive experience in information systems management.
• Proven success in delivering various large-scale system functions within budget and on schedule.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and informed decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
• Commitment to enhancing understanding of systems of oppression through study, openness, and humility.
• A constructive, positive, kind, and growth-oriented mindset.
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications are highly desirable qualifications.
• Experience with the business processes and procedures of large nonprofit organizations is a strong candidate qualification.
