Senior Programme Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in the comprehensive onboarding process for new brand partners, adapting their specific requirements into Trove’s technical and operational workflows.

• Collaborate with technical and logistical teams to ensure seamless execution of software integrations (e.g., Shopify, ERP systems like M3) and 3PL setups.

• Create documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to facilitate new partner integrations.

• Act as the main contact for European brand partners, fostering trust and managing long-term strategic relationships.

• Navigate complex stakeholder environments, leading discussions on various topics including carrier rates, packaging, marketing statements, and program expansion.

• Proactively identify risks and opportunities to enhance partner programs across EMEA.

• Carry out financial tasks and reporting under the guidance of the US Finance Team to ensure alignment with global standards.

• Assist in the transition and validation of business models, including shifts from principal to agent models for net revenue recognition.

• Professional Background: At least 6+ years of experience in account management, project management, or implementation in the e-commerce or SaaS industries.

• Sector Expertise: Demonstrated experience in e-commerce project management is crucial.

• Financial Literacy: Proficient in financial tasks, reporting, and coordination with international finance teams.

• Technical Savvy: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, warehouse management software, and data integration processes.

• Soft Skills: Outstanding communication abilities in both German and English; capable of managing multiple workstreams concurrently.
