Senior Program Specialist, Summary Statement Operator Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute routine tasks related to grant review logistics and provide technical support to reviewers.

• Create and oversee communications and data management for reviewers.

• Monitor and address inquiries regarding technical assistance for reviewers.

• Assist the Review Manager/Project Director in preparing for client meetings and participate as required.

• Generate and/or develop standardized, pre-programmed documents and reports from various grant systems as instructed.

• Safeguard the confidentiality and security of all documentation and application data related to grant reviews.

• Support logistical responsibilities for the contract Review Manager/Project Director as needed.

• Utilize grants management technology systems to facilitate the grant review process, which includes reviewer recruitment, panel administration, honorarium, close-out, and surveys.

• Identify, assess, and document the qualifications of new and potential reviewers.

• Aid in the development and delivery of grant review training sessions – both audio and web-based.

• Create and maintain grant review files, including correspondence, documents, forms, and payments.

• Ensure the proper destruction of all sensitive materials.

• Manage pre-combined and final summary statements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or 5 years of pertinent work experience.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in assisting or managing discretionary grant reviews, ideally for the Federal government.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote), with a strong emphasis on Excel and Word.

• Experienced in using Adobe Acrobat (both Reader and Pro).

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.

• Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience using Federal grants management platforms such as GrantSolutions and Application Review Module (ARM) systems.
