This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement Fluxon’s sales operations program from the ground up, encompassing sales objectives and forecasting, frameworks, processes, and feedback mechanisms.
• Identify significant growth opportunities within pipeline management, conversion rates, sales efficiency, and revenue outcomes.
• Support the sales team in the evaluation, modification, and management of client proposals and contracts.
• Create and design Fluxon’s sales operations to enhance lead flow, accelerate deal closure, and increase win rates.
• Take ownership of sales operations success from beginning to end, which includes defining metrics, tracking progress, reporting, and assessing performance.
• Oversee the collaborative execution of the sales process across various teams, including Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Finance, Executives, and the Delivery team.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in managing complex program management, sales/revenue/business operations, sales strategy, or a similar role within a dynamic consultancy, agency, or corporate environment.
• A demonstrated history of establishing sales operations and revenue planning from the ground up.
• Experience functioning at both strategic and operational levels, possessing strong analytical and modeling skills related to sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, revenue planning, and developing sales planning frameworks, forecasting models, performance dashboards, and tools based on Excel/Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with creating client proposals, pricing structures, and contract workflows.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a proven capacity to align with senior leadership and executives across both technical and non-technical domains.
• A solid record of making data-driven recommendations in environments characterized by ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Strong competencies in risk management, conflict resolution, and making trade-off decisions under pressure.
• Experience in a high-growth or startup setting is preferred.
