Senior Program Manager, Microsoft Work Experience

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Act as the main program/project management lead, collaborating directly with Microsoft client stakeholders and internal delivery teams to align on priorities, scope, and expectations.

β€’ Establish strong client relationships through proactive, direct communication and clear status reporting across various workstreams; highlight risks, blockers, and recommendations in a timely and transparent manner.

β€’ Take ownership of readiness scheduling and detailed workbacks for content, reviews, and launch milestones; manage dependencies, track risks and mitigations, and resolve issues with a proactive mindset.

β€’ Implement change management practices, using Prosci-based methods to facilitate organizational readiness and the effective execution of change initiatives.

β€’ Foster collaboration across teams and stakeholders (client teams, internal teams, and partners), ensuring timely inputs and decisions are made.

β€’ Gather feedback, questions, and change requests; oversee content intake and updates to ensure materials remain current and aligned with stakeholder needs.

β€’ Develop and/or coordinate the production of program communications and content deliverables (written documents, FAQs, and slide decks) in collaboration with subject matter experts.

β€’ Conduct planning and execution rhythms (standups/check-ins) and guarantee that readiness activities and launches are completed on time and with excellence.

β€’ Maintain program documentation (plans, workbacks, decision logs) with meticulous attention to detail; consistently enhance processes to improve clarity, predictability, and efficiency while upholding high quality standards.

β€’ Continuously seek out, suggest, and implement automation solutions for repetitive manual tasks and processes through Copilot and other Microsoft products.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 5-7 years of project/program management experience, preferably in supporting readiness, launches, or content-intensive initiatives.

β€’ Previous experience with Microsoft is essential (vendor experience preferred).

β€’ Knowledge of fundamental change management practices, utilizing Prosci-based methods to assist organizational readiness and the successful execution of change initiatives.

β€’ Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal); capable of producing clear content such as documents, FAQs, and slide decks (native or advanced English required).

β€’ Strong client-facing presence with a polished demeanor; a warm, professional relationship-builder who can quickly earn trust and operate effectively with senior stakeholders.

β€’ Proven ability to lead cross-team collaboration, consolidate inputs, and drive decisions to completion.

β€’ An ownership mentality and initiative: naturally proactive in taking action, solving problems, and advancing work without waiting for direction.

β€’ Highly organized and detail-oriented; adept at managing multiple concurrent workstreams, timelines, and dependencies.

β€’ Collaborative and adaptable, capable of smoothly navigating changing priorities and stakeholder dynamics.

β€’ Quality-focused and detail-oriented: produces thoughtful, polished work products and maintains a high standard for accuracy and stakeholder readiness.

β€’ Proficient with project management tools and structured planning (workbacks, milestone tracking, action/risk management); experience with agile methodologies is a plus.

β€’ Ability to distill complex feedback and information into concise updates and actionable plans.

β€’ Willingness to work US Pacific hours (Central/Eastern considered) and coordinate across time zones as required.

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
