This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Take ownership of the strategic AI initiative delivery β Lead transformational AI programs from conception to implementation, encompassing milestone planning, dependency oversight, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement.
β’ Transform vision into actionable plans β Turn strategic AI objectives into organized program roadmaps with distinct timelines, accountable owners, success criteria, and decision gates.
β’ Foster accountability across diverse teams β Collaborate with engineering, operations, and vendor partners; guarantee timely delivery of outputs and prompt escalation of obstacles.
β’ Champion end-user preparedness β Ensure that AI solutions consider adoption, usability, and operational readiness for field technicians, engineers, and operations personnel.
β’ Integrate AI governance into the delivery process β Ensure all AI-driven workflows adhere to compliance standards, including validation frameworks, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and rollback procedures.
β’ Evaluate and communicate impact β Establish KPIs (FTE avoidance, cycle time reduction, error rate enhancement) and clearly report outcomes to leadership.
β’ Manage inter-initiative dependencies β Identify and proactively address shared resource limitations, inter-program dependencies, and external challenges that may affect delivery timelines across multiple concurrent initiatives.
β’ Over 8 years of experience in technical program management or technical leadership roles driving complex, multi-team initiatives.
β’ Proven program management rigor β Demonstrated capability to manage intricate, multi-workstream programs: tracking deliverables across teams, ensuring stakeholder accountability, and making decisions amid uncertainty.
β’ Successful track record in tool/platform delivery β You have overseen the delivery of internal tools, platforms, or automation systems that gained adoption by other teams, understanding the factors that drive usability, operational readiness, and stakeholder engagement.
β’ Awareness of AI/ML β Familiarity with how AI/ML solutions are incorporated into operational workflows.
β’ Proficiency in automation β You comprehend automation design patterns and, importantly, the safety considerations involved: where to implement human-in-the-loop checks, how to validate outputs prior to production, and when full autonomy is suitable versus risky.
β’ Engineering collaboration & technical expertise β You have experience working closely with engineering teams and can engage in technical discussions regarding APIs, data pipelines, system integrations, and deployment architectures.
β’ Outstanding communication skills β Ability to distill complex technical programs into concise leadership updates and foster alignment among senior stakeholders.
