This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead comprehensive end-to-end integrations: Take charge of the integration strategy and execution for significant acquisitions, spanning from due diligence and pre-close readiness to complete post-close integration and transition.
• Define integration strategy: Collaborate with Corporate Development prior to closing to evaluate integration risks, resource needs, and opportunities for synergy capture, influencing deal structure and post-close strategies.
• Drive cross-functional execution: Oversee and align workstreams across Product, Finance, Sales, Technology, and Operations, ensuring clear accountability, dependencies, and tracking of progress.
• Manage synergy realization: Measure, monitor, and report on strategic and financial synergies identified during due diligence, ensuring alignment with executive sponsors and Finance regarding value realization.
• Develop scalable playbooks: Enhance and refine Stord’s integration playbook by standardizing best practices, templates, and governance structures to facilitate repeatable success in M&A.
• Ensure executive visibility & accountability: Provide structured updates to senior leadership, clearly escalating critical risks, dependencies, and trade-offs with precision.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, corporate development, consulting, or operations strategy, ideally within a high-growth or technology-enabled organization.
• Proven history of leading end-to-end M&A integrations or major cross-functional initiatives involving significant business transformation.
• Demonstrated capability to influence and drive accountability among senior stakeholders in ambiguous, fast-paced settings.
• Strong analytical abilities, including the capacity to interpret financial models, KPIs, and operational metrics related to synergy tracking and performance outcomes.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the aptitude to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights for executive audiences.
• Keen attention to detail with a proven track record of establishing scalable frameworks, project structures, and playbooks.
• Residency in the UK is strongly preferred.
• Direct experience in post-merger integration, corporate development, or supply chain/logistics technology environments.
• Familiarity with systems and process integrations across Finance, HRIS, ERP, and WMS platforms.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Smartsheet) and dashboarding tools (Domo, Looker, PowerBI).
• Exposure to pre-close diligence and integration readiness assessments.
