Senior Program Manager – Logistics Startups

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Overseeing a collection of unrelated programs that align with strategic objectives

• Ensuring programs are executed in accordance with compliance and company/customer standards

• Manages the distribution of internal and external resources to satisfy implementation demand signals

• Provides consistent and proactive communication to customers as well as Ryder Executive Management

• Assists with business launches for large and complex initiatives

• Offers guidance, leadership, and coaching to assigned personnel

• Develops departmental objectives to ensure maximum efficiency

• Implements strategic policies when choosing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve results

• Monitors customer expectations and standards following implementation

• Engages with various levels, including Executive Management within Ryder and client organizations

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline

• Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience

• At least five (5) years of experience in Project Management

• A minimum of five (5) years in a Supervisory or Managerial position

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

• Certified Six Sigma Green Belt

• Proficient in MS Office, including MS Project, at an advanced level
