This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Lead intricate, enterprise-level IT consulting initiatives encompassing infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, automation, and cybersecurity.
• Supervise various project managers and ensure program outcomes align with business objectives.
• Act as a reliable advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Guarantee comprehensive delivery of extensive, multi-workstream programs and strategic initiatives for enterprise clients.
• Manage oversight at the portfolio level to ensure congruence with program goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Offer technical and methodological support to project managers and delivery teams.
• Provide senior-level decision support and manage escalation for program-level risks and issues.
• Maintain executive and stakeholder relationships on the client side.
• Establish and implement best practices, standards, and governance processes for program delivery.
• Monitor project interdependencies and optimize resource allocation.
• Facilitate executive steering committees, program reviews, and decision-making sessions.
• Contribute to quarterly and annual program planning, resource forecasting, and capacity modeling efforts.
• Drive continuous improvements within the PMO function.
• 10+ years of experience in IT program and project management, with a focus on strategic client engagements.
• Proven history of managing complex programs across infrastructure, cloud (Azure required; AWS preferred), DevOps, cybersecurity, and automation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Active PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification.
• Practical experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Advanced/fluent English — both written and verbal — is essential for daily client interactions.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, ROI analysis, and program profitability assessment.
• Demonstrated capability to coordinate cross-functional, matrixed, and distributed teams across various geographies.
• Proficient in stakeholder engagement, executive communication, and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, especially under pressure.
• 100% remote work opportunity, available anywhere in Brazil.
• Contractors are responsible for their own work setup (notebook, peripherals, internet connection).
• Necessary tools and software licenses for specific engagements will be provided as required.
